This Sunday (2nd August) National Team training heads to Perth.
The Venue address is , North Inch Community Campus, Gowans Terrace, Perth, Perth and Kinross PH1 5BF.
Schedule as follows:
10.00 Registration for first session (also those staying to continue with second session).
10.30 – 12.30 Session 1: Patterns, Special Technique, Power & Pre-Arranged Free Sparring.
12.30 – 13.00 Lunch and Registration for session 2
13:00 – 15:45 Session 2: Sparring
15:45 – 16:00 Close, information regarding European Championships & photo.
The session is open to Green Belts & above and cost per person is £10.00 (senior & junior).
Offical Dobok and Belt must be worn by all participants in each of the session’s.
